We can have your dream home ready in as little as four months! First, let us know where you want to build and we’ll survey the site to make sure your chosen home fits perfectly. After giving you a price and a contract is signed, we’ll take care of all local permits and approvals which takes roughly a month. During that time we’ll also work with your bank to finalize your loan while you choose all the colors and materials for your dream home. As soon as those are set, we’ll start building! Throughout construction, we’ll stay in touch with regular progress updates. Once the final touches are put in place, we’ll do a final walk through with you and hand you the keys.

The duration of this process may extend beyond a month, based on the project’s complexity. During this interval, we will collaborate with your preferred lender to secure financing, while you make color and material selections for the structure. As soon as we receive all approvals, we will begin the excavation process, keeping you informed of the progress. Construction of smaller projects can be finalized in roughly 4 months from the starting date, with the timeline lengthening for larger undertakings. However, the completion time will be clearly mentioned in your contract.
